بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمرأة الموافق لـ8 مارس، وتحت شعار سنة 2026: “الحقوق. العدالة. العمل. من أجل جميع النساء والفتيات”، تحيي جمعية متطوعون بوعرادة هذه المناسبة العالمية التي تمثل محطة للتأكيد على ضرورة مواصلة الجهود من أجل تكريس حقوق النساء وتعزيز حضورهنّ ودورهنّ في المجتمع.
وفي هذا الإطار، تؤكد الجمعية التزامها المتواصل بالدفاع عن حقوق النساء ودعم مسارات التمكين والحماية، من خلال العمل بالشراكة مع المندوبية الجهوية للمراة والأسرة والطفولة وكبار السن بسليانة والمبادرات التي تهدف إلى الإحاطة بالنساء في أوضاع الهشاشة.
وقد حرصت الجمعية على توفير مختلف أشكال الدعم القانوني والاجتماعي لفائدة النساء، واستقبال النساء والأطفال ضحايا العنف داخل مركز الأمان التابع لها، إضافة إلى استهداف النساء المسنّات ببرامج الإحاطة والمساندة عبر تدخلات الفريق المتنقل الذي يقرّب خدمات الدعم إلى الفئات الأكثر هشاشة. كما تعمل الجمعية على إيصال أصوات النساء وقضاياهنّ إلى الفضاء العام من خلال راديو متطوعون، بما يساهم في تعزيز ثقافة الحقوق والمساواة.
وإذ تحيي الجمعية في هذه المناسبة نضالات النساء من أجل الكرامة والعدالة والمساواة، فإنها تجدّد دعوتها إلى مختلف مؤسسات الدولة ومكوّنات المجتمع المدني إلى مزيد دعم الجهود الرامية إلى حماية النساء ضحايا العنف والتهميش، وتعزيز السياسات والآليات الكفيلة بضمان حقوقهنّ وصون كرامتهنّ.
إن بناء مجتمع عادل ومتوازن يظلّ رهين إرساء ثقافة المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص، بما يضمن لكل النساء والفتيات حقهنّ في الحماية والمشاركة والعيش الكريم.

Journée Internationale des Femmes
À l’occasion de la Journée internationale des femmes, célébrée le 8 mars, et sous le thème de l’année 2026 : « Droits. Justice. Action. Pour toutes les femmes et les filles », l’Association Volontaires de Bouarada commémore cet événement mondial qui constitue une occasion importante pour réaffirmer la nécessité de poursuivre les efforts en faveur de la consolidation des droits des femmes et du renforcement de leur présence et de leur rôle dans la société.
Dans ce cadre, l’association réaffirme son engagement constant en faveur de la défense des droits des femmes et du soutien aux parcours d’autonomisation et de protection, à travers un travail en partenariat avec la Délégation régionale de la Femme, de la Famille, de l’Enfance et des Personnes âgées à Siliana, ainsi qu’à travers des initiatives visant à accompagner les femmes en situation de vulnérabilité.
L’association veille également à fournir différentes formes de soutien juridique et social aux femmes, à accueillir les femmes et les enfants victimes de violence au sein de son Centre de Sécurité, et à cibler les femmes âgées à travers des programmes d’accompagnement et de soutien, notamment grâce aux interventions de l’équipe mobile qui rapproche les services d’aide des catégories les plus vulnérables. Elle œuvre également à faire entendre les voix des femmes et leurs préoccupations dans l’espace public à travers Radio Volontaires, contribuant ainsi à la promotion d’une culture des droits et de l’égalité.
À cette occasion, l’association salue les luttes des femmes pour la dignité, la justice et l’égalité, et renouvelle son appel aux différentes institutions de l’État et aux composantes de la société civile à renforcer les efforts visant à protéger les femmes victimes de violence et de marginalisation, et à consolider les politiques et mécanismes garantissant leurs droits et leur dignité.
La construction d’une société juste et équilibrée demeure liée à l’ancrage d’une culture d’égalité et d’égalité des chances, garantissant à toutes les femmes et à toutes les filles leur droit à la protection, à la participation et à une vie digne.

International Women’s Day
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, celebrated on March 8, and under the 2026 theme: “Rights. Justice. Action. For all women and girls,” the Volunteers of Bouarada Association commemorates this global occasion, which represents an important moment to reaffirm the need to continue efforts to promote women’s rights and strengthen their presence and role in society.
In this context, the association reiterates its ongoing commitment to defending women’s rights and supporting empowerment and protection pathways, through partnership with the Regional Delegation of Women, Family, Childhood and the Elderly in Siliana, as well as through initiatives aimed at supporting women in vulnerable situations.
The association has also worked to provide various forms of legal and social support for women, to receive women and children victims of violence within its Safety Center, and to target elderly women through care and support programs carried out by a mobile team that brings assistance services closer to the most vulnerable groups. It also works to amplify women’s voices and their issues in the public sphere through Volunteers Radio, contributing to strengthening a culture of rights and equality.
On this occasion, the association pays tribute to women’s struggles for dignity, justice, and equality, and renews its call to state institutions and civil society organizations to further support efforts aimed at protecting women victims of violence and marginalization, and to strengthen policies and mechanisms that guarantee their rights and preserve their dignity.
Building a just and balanced society remains closely linked to establishing a culture of equality and equal opportunities, ensuring that all women and girls enjoy their rights to protection, participation, and a dignified life.
